n8n hosting

Roughly $6/month if you prepay 18 to 24 months, or $20-25/month monthly. Set up by us, yours to keep, can host other automations including any Zapier workflows you migrate over.

We do the initial build and testing on our own n8n instances, then migrate everything to yours once we're happy with how it's running.

After 3 months

API costs

Typically $10-20/month depending on usage and model choice. We'll have already optimised this for you during the testing phase.

Tip: we recommend moving any Zapier workflows over to n8n once you're set up. It usually saves businesses a significant amount on their Zapier bill, often more than covering both the hosting and API costs.
